great concept and idea, but my order had fries on it that clearly were not cooked enough. bread on sandwich was plain and not toasted or anything. place was dead. Knew i i should have just made my own sandwich. Needs a lot of work.. especially in that spot where several different stores/shops have failed. Taste of reality kills this place.

So glad they opened a location right around the corner from us in a rather dead area (as far as food is concerned). Munchy’s does fast counter-service food well, without sacrificing quality or your wallet. Though it’s not a health food joint, they do have enough variety that you’re not limited to burgers and fries. Plus, they have a whole ice cream counter that’s worth the visit alone.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but I hope to spare others from the same horrible experience that I ended up with. We ordered burritos for delivery. I got halfway through mine and ended up biting down on a sharp inch long chicken bone. My husband called to let them know so some poor person (adult or child) would not end up choking on something like this. The response was “Oh, Yeah? Ok.” Very cold and empathetic. They couldn’t have cared less. I will not be ordering from their Kinnelon location or any other after this. I will also let my friends and family know that this is what they can expect if they plan to eat there. Very disappointing. Im just grateful that it wasnt one of my children that ended up with the bone since we all ordered the same.

We ordered food from this place for the 1st time and the food arrived cold and we also ordered a chocolate shake and the choker shake with sour I called to complain and the employee told me well I’ve been make a chick full day and then get any complaints so said a him working with me he just coldly told me that is not gonna do nothing about it so we will never order from this place again the food was cold and not even that good and I’m not just saying that because the shake wasn’t reimbursed but I would never try it listen to me I don’t normally make reviews or do reviews but this one I felt I need it too because my daughter got bad end of the stick ,we tossed the food along with that shake.
