Second time here and each time I’m never disappointed. Had the Late Night Bulgogi and let me say it was slamming. Without reading the menu for reference I’ll just say the seasoned rice is amazing. Whatever heaven sent sauce that was cooked into everything was my favorite part. Green onions were a nice compliment and being someone that hates pickled red onions…I ate all the pickled red onions in the dish. Now I’m second guessing other life choices I’ve made in the past. And the meat was browned extra crispy just how I like it. Solid $9 spent and they have special dishes at select times.

OMG!! This place maybe little but the food is mighty good! This is my first time going and it won’t be my last. The food is amazing and for a really good price too honestly. I did think it was a little tricky to find also but glad I did! It’s in the free parking area behind Woodhouse spa and those stores on Main Street. I will be back soon 🙂

The bulgogi bowl was delicious! I added the egg and it was cooked dirty with the meat grease and 100%!!! I wish the dish was actually spicy, but it was still tasty! I would eat this weekly!!!

Love everything about this food truck. Be sure to follow her social media because she travels around to events in the area too! The late night bulgogi is my favorite and never disappoints, especially with a fried egg on top! Lauren and her team are always so friendly and welcoming and give good recommendations. We even found out she teaches cooking classes on the side! Love having all this talent in Temple/Belton!
