My family and I were traveling through Mt. Pleasant after visiting Summertown Metals. The exterior appearance of Mt Pleasant Grille sparked our interest and we decided to give it a go. Walking inside the building the interior design didn’t disappoint. As we were promptly seated it was nice looking at the older, classy interior. It was pretty well-kept and neat to see. I decided to get the fried pickles as an appetizer. It’s something my family likes and we’ve had at many other restaurants. I was impressed as they were the best fried pickles we’ve ever had. Everyone in my party of five ordered something different and every entrée was perfectly cooked and dressed. My little one ordered chicken tenders, and my older kids ordered Cajun chicken pasta, Farmhouse Burger and a Buffalo chicken sandwich. I ordered a hamburger steak. All the plates were dressed nicely and the food was great! The waitress, Macey, was quick and attentive, easy to understand and communicate with. We had a great experience at this restaurant and will make it a point to visit again! If you’re here reading these reviews, GO! 10/10

This a great place down past Columbia that everyone in the area including Spring Hill needs to go and try. The food was delicious. The Pasta Yaya and even the Caesar was well done. But the deviled eggs and fritters were the star of the show. All in a beautiful historic building and great service.

I finally got to try them!! I wish they opened a little earlier (930a). We ordered the Brunch special today. Berry French toast; assembled as a sandwich with bacon and berry cream cheese, topped with tri-berry and whipped topping. Delicious!! The berries would have been better heated up and glazed, as they were a little soggy, so I mostly ate around them. Service was friendly and attentive. The aesthetic of the Grille is very unique to the location. It’s truly a standout place in town.

Been twice and on point both times. It’s a little pricey though……$125 with tip for my family of 4 with no appetizers, desserts, or alcohol. Food was really good though and cooked to perfection. I moved to Tennessee last August from Texas and I’ve found very few restaurants in the Columbia, Mt Pleasant, Lawrenceburg areas with food this good so I’ll give it 5 stars.

Would have like it too be more packed so I could’ve seen more food choices. Overall was a good first experience. My French fries were great and the burger was very flavorful. Hoping to go back soon and try more items.

They left the paper from the cheese slices on my sandwich. Waitress just shrugged her shoulders and said the cook said it’s paper from the cheese slices. No kidding. No discount no offer to replace. Don’t eat here. It’s very dirty and unkept. Food is mediocre at best. You can make way better food yourself at home for 1/3 of the price. And you probably won’t leave paper wrappers in your sandwich.

This charming family friendly establishment gave us 5 star service today and the food was absolutely amazing and cooked specifically to our liking. I would definitely recommend giving Mt Pleasant Grille place a try.

Can’t say that I’m impressed. $17 for 1 piece of catfish? Most places have all you can eat for $15. The ends were crispy but the middle was just soggy.
