This place was such a cool find, out in the country. The pizza was delicious and the salad was so fresh and tasty. My husband who doesn’t rarely eat salad talked about how good it was and how much he enjoyed it. Looking forward to checking out the cabins close by this tasty spot! It was so great to enjoy outdoor dining on such a sunny day with a beautiful view of Mt. Adams. Also if you are into IPAs the mountain mama was a nice citrus taste.

Best pizza I’ve had since a trip to Italy and that is not an exaggeration. So delicious, as was the strawberry ice cream. We would have gone back three days in a row except that they close on Mon/Tuesday. Fantastic. Chewy crust and fresh ingredients.

Wooow gourmet delicious pizza in trout lake? I would go well out of my way to come back and eat these bad boys. We got 2 pepperoni pizzas and a combo- the pepperoni formed the fabled roni cups- the pinnacle of delicious wood-fired/high temp pizzadom. Will definitely come back.

Pizza Ingredients are the highest quality from Italy. I saw the owner buy it from the supplier myself. Pizza is cooked at a high temperature compare or your avg joe pizza place. Neapolitan or Naple style Pizza. Better to eat it there when hot. Salad comes in a big serving with more than enough dressing. Large selections of various beers, wine and soda. Indoor and outdoor seating with a fire pit when there isnt a fire ban. Owner and Staff are extremely friendly
