I found this adorable afternoon tea on google. I absolutely loved the cute and unique decor. My friend and I decided to get the high tea for two. It came with one pot of tea to share, a petite pastry, muffins, and sandwiches (chicken salad and cucumber chive cream cheese). We also added the Kentwood Arms Strawberry soup/shooter.

Gilmore’s is a must visit stop in Springfield! It’s a wonderful dessert and lunch stop, plus a visual artistic experience. So many whimsical fun pieces of art all over the place to enjoy. It’s also a store with 2 stories of antiques, gifts, clothing, and floral supplies. Great place to host a gathering, bring out of town guests, or treat yourself to a fun meal out.

This is one of my mom and I’s favorite places to eat and shop! The atmosphere is so fun! And the good is exceptional! I don’t know what they do to their quiche! But it is fantastic and never dry! Oh! And, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention their mushroom soup. It is so savory and made to perfection! Also, their desserts!!!! I never leave a lunch without a little something sweet! The lemon bar is by far my favorite and great for sharing! The meringue is heavenly and melts in your mouth! Plus, the shopping is always an adventure as there is always new things to find! Such clever creations and antiques!
