I’ve always wanted to try this place, just never got the chance to because I usually had already stuffed my face before coming to this mall. But today I saved a little bit of my appetite to give this place a chance. The menu is small, but that’s OK for a food joint in the mall. Nothing wrong keeping things plain and simple. Today I decided to try their Braised Beef Noodles. I wish there were some sauces to toss in the soup. The broth and meat were delicious. I just wished there was something to add in so the noodles would have a bit more flavor. My wife got their chow main and orange chicken. Orange chicken was good, the chow main was good (to me). I like the hint of sesame oil I was getting.

The owner was very kind and knowledgeable about the food in his restaurant. Said to us that if you want broccoli beef and chowmein, then you go anywhere, but here we are known for our dumpling soup. He was not kidding!! The dumplings were cooked to perfection. The broth was just right a d the amount of dumplings as well. I was not very impressed for the oder food items but the dumplings.

I had the Kung Pao Chicken with white rice with a coke. I thought $17 was a little pricey for Mall food but this place isn’t just any mall food fast food restaurant. It was so delicious and the portion was big enough for me to have left overs so it made up for the price. It was so good I’m thinking of making a trip back to Santa Ana just for their food. Worth the drive and definitely going back with an empty stomach.

Mrs Bean Jianbing is one of my favorite restaurants. The menu includes items that are not at most casual Chinese restaurants, and everything I tried tastes upscale. The owner is a wonderful person and his staff are really nice. I highly recommend.

Very nice place to chill. Good customer service. Give you time to make your selection and will explain to you if you have questions on the menu. Price are reasonable. The noodle is fresh.

Very friendly, the gentleman behind the counter spoke mandarin and is actually from Beijing. The bing pancake was soooo good and authentic! Everything else was tasty. Will be returning.
