We were traveling through, heading from Memphis to Phoenix. We needed a little breakfast. At first, we almost didn’t stop, but so glad we did! It’s a food truck with awesome food! I had a breakfast sandwich on a biscuit, and my husband had the breakfast platter. Good home cooking! The biscuit was fluffy, light, and delicious! Mrs. Vernie didn’t skimp on the cheese either! The breakfast platter came complete with two eggs, bacon, and two pieces of toast…there is something to be said about toast cooked on the flat top. It was buttery and delicious! This place is a must stop! The people are friendly and inviting! Thank you Mrs. Vernie!
