Still making it the old-fashioned way. Hand tossed crust crisp on the outside and chewy inside! They even offer seasonings for the crust edge from a spicy Sriracha to garlic parm, among others. Loaded with fresh topping and cheese, these pizzas will feed on 1 to 2 slices. Use the WAAK coupon code for a great inexpensive combo. Also serving salad, wings, and dessert! What else can you want from a chain pizza place. Franchised owned this location has always treated us right.

I’m so frustrated. I ordered pizza on Saturday (8/13) the card machine was acting up. No problem. They call and tell me the problem and it all works out in the end. I check my acct got charged MULTIPLE times. No worries. I can get a refund right? RIGHT? No apparently. I have to WAIT until Wednesday. And MAYBE it will go back on my card and MAYBE the manager will know how to do a refund. I’m sorry WHAT?! The female on the phone was so rude and short with me. I can’t understand how your store is staffed with people who don’t know how to operate the business

I am a repeat Mr. Jim’s customer and I have never been disappointed. I was surprised to find this many negative reviews. I love their pizza much more than the other guys with whom we’re most familiar. The flavor and seasonings are so authentic and delicious. Their BBQ Chicken pizza is my favorite! I normally get deliveries and the driver always delivers with a smile, very courteous, and within reasonable time. There were a couple of times when delivery was slow but overall they’re good with me. I don’t have any complaints. They are my #1 pizza place.

Very delicious pizzas. Ordered for pick-up two large pies: pepperoni deluxe and a Hawaiian both on regular crust. Brought them home and they were delish. Crust was nice and crunchy on the outside, but soft and fluffy inside. Sauce, cheese and toppings all rounded out the flavour of a nice, simple pizza to please the family full of picky eaters. Lucky to have received a coupon in the mail when we moved to the area from out of state. Will order again for sure!

When I went back inside to return the penne pasta I was given in place of the speghetti I ordered, instead of the counter clerk just apologizing and immediately refunding, it was excuse after excuse. (“We don’t have speghetti, just lasagna and penne pasta.” “Yeah, they haven’t updated the website.” and my favorite: “We used to carry speghetti but [such and such] stopped making it.” <--- as if to say NO ONE ELSE MAKES SPEGHETTI that you could possibly order from.)

Do not trust the online order system. If you update your address and remove an old one before you place order it will still be delivered to the old address. The store takes no responsibility for their own systems mistake. My last ever order from this place.

We ordered a pizza with easy sauce and it looks like they put extra. We called to have them make us a new one and offered to give them the old one back. The “manager” refused and said he could only do a 20% discount and when we asked for a refund instead he also said he couldn’t do that. My husband argued with him for quite sometime. We called the Keller location and their manager even said they always send out a new pizza when they mess it up. Thanks a lot!
