I used to order from here all the time, but this time I’ve had enough, waited forever for my pizza (I understand if they were busy), when the driver got to me he was very rude, telling me I’ve been trying to contact you, when I realized I had my phone number in my account as my old one, I apologized he scoffed basically threw my food at me and left. On top of that I ordered garlic sauce for my Jim stix there was no sauce anywhere, the pizza wasn’t cut all the way through and was cut completely uneven. I’m not coming back. I’m so frustrated

Disappointed. Tonight was our first time trying Mr. Jim’s and it was a let down. Ordered 2 pizzas and one was incorrect, but this is not the fault of the employees, it was an issue with the ordering system and my fault for not double checking. Regardless, just didn’t taste the best and pricing is a little up there for the quality received.

We ordered two bowls and the total came to $30. There definitely was not $30 worth of food in those bowls. They were good but extremely over-priced. Definitely will not be getting those again.

Overall we are huge fans of Mr Jim’s but this specific location wasn’t great. Placed an order at 2 to pick up at 4:30 – we get there at 4:20 and they said they never got an order, we showed them the call but regardless… no order. They started making it and said it would take 20 minutes. It’s finally ready at 5pm, which in turn put us 30 minutes behind on our plans. Saw another guy come out annoyed, he left without waiting for his order, they came out looking for him. Multiple other frustrated people.

Online order was correct, pizza was amazing. Oh and we were told delivery would be about 30-40 minutes like every where else, no problem. 25 minutes later our doorbell was ringing. Mr Jim’s is our go-to pizza place from now on.
