This place has gone down hill, I never minded the price because the pizza was alway great. The last few times not so much. I ordered pizza a few weeks ago and I paid for extra cheese on two and sausage as well, it looked like I got the delish versions and I had sheets of black burnt cheese from a pan on another. Called and asked for the manager since they were closed when I got home and he said he would give me a credit. Well I got to order and I had a 10 dollar credit. I spent 60 bucks on a stuff we could not eat.

It was our first time ordering from here. Everything was very good, best pizza we’ve had in a while. Pizza toppings tasted very fresh. Delivery driver was very nice. Great experience overall. Highly recommended and will be ordering again.

Finally got done chewing Mr. Jim’s Pizza and felt the need to warn you. This place is terrible. The pizza was overcooked, toppings charred and void of flavor, and I literally felt like I was eating rubber. Just save yourself the time and go anywhere else.

I think we need to be a little bit more empathy to the drivers and how fast they get the delivery to us. The nice driver that delivered my food this evening told me 2 people called in. We need more compassion and understanding so, before you do a review just think. Try to understand where they’re coming from because the food was still great.

Pizza I ordered usually is decent from here. But, tonight as we all sat down to the table, blessed the food and I took the first bite. My body began to itch. I looked closer and to my unfortunate surprise, there was a little sprinkle of dog hair on the piece of pie I was eating. Then I ask my wife is this what I’m seeing because my skin begins to get itchy and so does my eyes. She looks at the other pizza and instantly can see the dog hair . I’m furious more about the response of the manager when I called. No initial apology or regret. Just the words “I can make you another order.” That would have been fine if my allergies weren’t bothering me and he made apologies for the mistake and promised it wouldn’t happen again. And his tone was very passive, and somewhat condesending I felt disappointed at the lack of concern for situation but the low level of customer service clarifies my final decision. We enjoyed the pizza before, but I will not support this type treatment.
