We ordered a delivery, that arrived before they said it would. Which was a nice surprise. The original two topping was amazing and fresh. Roasted spinach and tomatoes with garlic butter crust. Motzerella & cheddar. I tell you this Pizza was phenomenal highly recommend.

I don’t know where they got these chicken wings from. I’ve seen Dove bigger than these. I don’t know why the guy left it on the porch without letting anybody know, he also left us with his tip for not informing us of anything. The best pizza around!

Paid a lot for a salad and bread sticks, salad was missing items no dressing no sauce for bread and I asked for extras,,,update, the owner was very nice to call me and offer a refund but i had to Apologize because driving home i must have dropped the bag that all the sauces were in between my door and passenger seat, ,i will go back

Pizza arrived in decent time but it was STALE. I mean, sitting in a QT warmer for half a day stale. It was hard to chew. Do better please.

Absolutely disappointed with the “stuffed crust” pizza, it was 2 thin pizzas stacked on top of each other and half melted cheese, the calzone was the same story. This was not worth $50, It was even nice of them to block our reviews on Facebook.

I seldom do any type of review for anyone. I have been ordering from Mr Jims in Azle for four years now and I have to say. Besides personally ordering incorrectly things I found I didn’t like. They have gone above and beyond completely my orders. I have not once opened a box that wasn’t HOT. To me that’s the most important aspect to food delivery or how I enjoy my meals. We have picked up, and have had delivery during slow and busy hours. With out fail the staff and drivers have never given me attitude, a sour look, or made me feel uncomfortable. 110% of the time cheerful grateful and very approachable.

Just par for the course when it comes to food in Azle. Unfortunately, though Mr. Jim’s may have better ingredients compared to other pizza chains, those ingredients don’t matter when you’ve a staff(and management) who doesn’t care about quality of the finished product. Painfully mediocre when everyone is on their “A” game. A complete waste of money when they are not. To be clear, this isn’t a single bad visit. I’ve eaten here multiple times and it’s just not good.
