Very disappointed in Mr. Jim’s customer’s service. Just moved to Anna and decided to do Door Dash. Spent $60 on several items. My son is a vegetarian so we ordered a small Mr. Spinach pizza. When it arrived we noticed bacon was added on it. When I called the store the employee told me there was nothing that they could do. I would have to go through Door Dash. I told him Door Dash had nothing to do with them putting bacon on a vegetarian pizza. He told me well you added bacon and green olives to your order. I told him that was correct but it was for the other pizza we ordered. (that pizza was made correctly) The Door Dash receipt showed the order sent to Mr. Jim’s Pizza listed all the correct toppings on every order. I told them I would bring the whole pizza back up to them. They said they could not replace it since I ordered through Door Dash. Mr. Jim’s Pizza will no longer get any of my families business.

Ordered through Doordash. We had the Sticky Finger thin crust and it was delicious. Curst was crunchy enough but was not hard nor burned. Their wings were also good, a tad saggy for my liking but had delicious flavor. Their Supreme Brownie Bites were also very good. I appreciate that the pizza boxes were sealed I hope they seal the desert container too but all in all I am happy with my order.

20$ for a medium pizza. how about meet me outside for a curbstomp the prices here are hilariously bad. i have even lived in seattle where food is double the cost and had pizzas that were better for 8bucks for a large this place is a joke. pizza is cheap to make and 20$ to throw dough sauce and cheese in the oven someone needs backhanded a few times. fight me
