I expected just another pizza but WOW! This is the best pizza I’ve had in years:) The crust is crisp and it wasn’t like eating dry cardboard (not that I’ve ever done that) and it had sauce that didn’t disappear. It was perfect. I will be a return customer The toppings were distributed all over so that I hand toppings in every bite. I love it!!!

Absolutely terrible experience. Placed an order online 66% of my order was made incorrectly in the store refused to remake one of my incorrectly made items due to a system. Note the item that they refused to make was a small cauliflower pizza with no cheese. I imagine which I imagine is no more than $3 worth of materials/food.

Any pizza is a good pizza but this pizza is good enough to remember when stopping through Dallas. Second time having Mr. Jim’s. Lots of flavor. I’ll be having it again the next time I’m staying overnight in DFW.

Was 4 stars. The toppings seem a bit sparse this time around. My large, thin crust pizza w/pepperoni, sausage, onions, and mushrooms seems a bit light on toppings for $18. Maybe I’m just being picky. Smells great though.

This is the worst place ever. If I could have given zero stars I would have. I placed an order at the Desoto location. I never received my pizza. I called back to inquire and the manager or whomever lied and said they tried to call me several times….that was a lie. He also lied and said the driver stated they rang the doorbell several times and no one answered….that was a lie….noone ever showed up. He said he was going to call the driver to see where he was, he then said he was going to send the driver back out. I still never received my pizza.

I’ll never by another pizza from them for the size of the pizza and the price of the pizza it’s not worth it at all they barley put any sausage on the pizza and also hard as hell like it was overcooked or something NEVER AGAIN

I ordered and paid for a pepperoni n sausage med pizza. What I got was a cheese pizza. Per slice it had 2 pcs of pepperoni and 3 PEA sized pieces of sausage. A Tony’s frozen store bought pizza would’ve had more meat! 2nd time ordering from them but the last time. Places wonder why they struggle and don’t get repeat customers…give us what we paid for…that might help.
