This rating is more so on the customer service, or rather the lack of customer service, this establishment provided. I waited for almost 15 minutes at the drive through waiting on someone to take my order. People walking by not even letting me know that they would be with me in a moment, it wasn’t until I was waving them to me like a maniac that they finally came to help. It truly felt that they were all going out of their way not to take my order, seeing as so many ladies walked by and looked at me. I will not be dining here again. Food is one thing but a lack of customer service is something else.

Got the trips and they were really bad. They We’re so chewy I couldn’t even swallow them. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I did the Drive through 7/22/23 at 11:30 pm.

Incredibly rude staff. They got my order wrong so obviously I call to let them know they gave me 7 tacos less than what I asked. The lady kept giving me push back over the phone insisting that she put the taco in my bag. She didn’t. After going back and forth she finally tells me I can go pick up the tacos. When I get there she gives me pushback again saying that she put them in my bag. I again tell her that she didn’t. The tacos we got were the wrong order and they were cold so that’s how I know they had been sitting there for a while. She finally agrees to give them to me but then starts talking about me to the other staff. So disrespectful. Never coming here again.

I will never go to Mr Taco again.!!!!!! I usually go there at least once every 2 weeks. Today 1/19/23 I went to pick up an order or 3 tostadas and beans. I got the green salsa and the red . I get home and added green salsa to the first 2 tostadas so then I used the red salsa on the 3rd tostada and OMG I took a bite and the salsa smelled rotten. I immediately took the salsa and tostada back to the drive thru to get my money back and told Liliana the worker there to smell the salsa. She refused to smell it and said she could only give me back my money for 1 tostada because I had eaten the other 2 tostadas. What an insult . I was so upset and told her I would never ever come back. Teach those workers how to resolve complaints. Every where else you go if your not 100% satisfied with the service then they give you your money back or a credit for the next time. Sad how I did not enjoy the plate. I learned my lesson never ever will I recommend this place of go back..

I was charged for beans that were supposably complimentary and not to mention almost $2:00 for a 12 ounce canned soda. Food is overpriced and is nothing different from all the other taco places. Definitely not a return customer.
