Tell your employees to speak up! I had to ask this guy what he said 3 times and he kept repeating it in the same inaudible volume. I said I didn’t hear him and sometimes have a hard time hearing. He just looked at me like I was stupid. The guy next to him finally told me what he said. If I ask you to repeat something, kindly speak up and don’t stare at the customer like they are dumb because they can’t hear you… I felt embarrassed by this situation and it doesn’t make me feel like I want to go back honestly.

Last month I had mr pickles for the first time and I immediately fell in love with it. So far I’ve had few sandwiches but my favorite so far is Manhattan which is pastrami. Their breads are fresh and tasty as well and the size of the sandwiches are pretty generous. You really get a big sandwich for the money.

Every single time I order, I order the most simple sandwich anyone could make, and all I ask for is extra pickles and pepperoncini’s. I guess this is their version of “extra”. On top of that, they take absolutely forever to make the sandwich (they typically don’t start making it until you’re there to pick it up).
