I was so happy to stop in Mr. pickles and try a new sandwich shop. They had a truly vegan sandwich option which is great start! To be honest, I was a little disappointed in the freshness of the veggies. It was kind of similar to Subway and then on top of that, they gave me a cookie to go for free which is awesome but I ordered the vegan sandwich so that’s probably something you should ask before you include the cookie in the bag or make a vegan cookie. Either way the sandwich was OK but I’d probably recommend a different sandwich shop for a fresher sandwich.

This place is kind of a joke for the price point- here’s my “premium” cold sandwich with bacon and avocado… THIS is what they’re up charging for… to rip you off. We only came because MOTO Fresno is closed on Sunday’s, we we definitely won’t be returning. Save your money and go to whole foods to make your family of 4 premium sandwiches with premium ingredients instead. It will cost you the same.

I wouldn’t really give them any stars today! I took my daughter out for lunch. This is 1 of my favorite spots so I reassured her it would be good. She loves roast beef! So she ordered The Hero which is roast beef turkey & ham. She doesn’t like ham so we ordered it no ham they asked if we wanted to sub salami she said yes. So her sandwich was The Hero which was ordered like this-whole sourdough sub salami for ham (their suggestion) light mayo no mustard & garlic sauce. I paid for the Hero & my sandwich. We got our sandwiches She didn’t see the name on wrapper until after it was opened & not our sandwich it said Delia’s deli! I went & told them the mistake the person wrote it all down remade the sandwich & gave it to us we opened the new sandwich & it was the same exact sandwich we just told them was wrong. My daughter didn’t want to bother again & ate it. I’m not sure about coming back if this is how they make special orders. My daughter doesn’t want to come back. (My daughter is an older teen & understands how things are.) If they were out of roast beef we should of been informed if that is why they couldn’t make the sandwich the right way!

Located just south of Nees on the west side of Blackstone across the parking lot from Barnes & Noble. Featuring a wide variety of hot and cold speciality sandwiches, salads, a kid’s menu – something for everyone in the family. Maybe a bit pricey for the quality and quantity. Enjoyed the Veggie Pestoli and a side of potato salad.

The sandwiches are probably their only selling point. Half the staff was really great and knew what they were doing, the other half were “too hot to work here and need everyone else to do things for me”. The organization was terrible, every time you come in, no one knows where to stand bc you can go anywhere along the counter before the register and start ordering a sandwich instead of in a line to the register. The system isn’t innovative. It’s counterintuitive.

This is the best sandwich shop in Fresno hands down!! The quality of food is superb! The prices are affordable! The service is outstanding! Ray the owner is extremely friendly and professional. And every order comes with a homemade chocolate chip cookie!! I love the truly vegan sandwich with the red pepper hummus the best! Oh and the music is perfect! I could eat lunch there everyday!!

I decided to try a new sandwich shop since I was around that area. There were no other customers waiting, so it was just me. I stood there for about a minute or so, until I decided to leave and go somewhere else to eat. The workers were fully aware I was there, but they didn’t even acknowledge me.Customer service was extremely terrible and very disappointing.

First time here and I have to say it was a very good experience. The staff was friendly and the shop was clean. I had The Italian sandwich and it was good. I chose the Dutch bread, crunchy on the outside but soft in the middle. The bread had an awesome texture. They have other choices including rye bread. If you get a chance, stop by and give them a try. Oh, before I forget, your sandwich comes with a chocolate chip cookie. Oh yeah.
