This was our first time going, everything was really good. My husband, myself, and my daughter ate the Big Eats. My son got the chicken nuggets and Mac and cheese, and my other daughter got a soup and salad. The prices are on the pricier side, but it was a fun night out and the food was worth it. The employees were very nice and friendly.

My family went on the weekend to celebrate my grandma’s birthday, it wasn’t too crowded and the staff were all welcoming! Monica our server was fantastic and took the best care of us all night from making recommendations to checking in that our food was good to leading a happy birthday jam sesh!! Thank you Monica you are the best The food was delicious definitely recommend getting mild if you like some spice.

Been here many times before but never going back. Worst part of the whole experience is the manager would not even come out to talk to us! Fried oysters were very small (mostly batter) & not fully cooked. Sent them back and they came back tasting like a mouth full of old grease and over cooked. The kids shrimp had so much seafood seasoning I couldn’t even eat it. Kid did not eat but they charged individual price for corn and juice. That added up to price of kids meal. Coleslaw tastes very vingery with no seasoning of any kind. Calamari is like rubber. Since I had to pay for it I asked for a container to go so i could take a picture.

We had a great experience here. We were greeted at the entrance. Seated quickly. Had a wonderful server…I wish I remember her name! Our food was flavorful and exactly what we hoped for. It’s messy!! Don’t wear “good clothes”! Lol. This restaurant is decorated nicely also. Fun environment. We’ll definitely be back.

We went to celebrate my son, Manning’s birthday. Mr. Joseph was AMAZING! He was bartending and taking care of the dining room but still made time to bond with my 5 year old, Elway. And the food was incredible, as always! Thank you for making our visit perfect!

Food was AMAZING! Our server, Ashley, the best one yet out of all the times I have came to Mr & Mrs Crab! She not only was she great at taking care of of my nephew and I by providing amazing customer service, but she also engaged with us and my nephew! He ate most of the food because as Ashley mentioned, “she made it with love” as well as making him feel like he was really cared for after writing down his name on the table and asking him, not only me, but him how he was doing and how the food was. As my nephew said, the rating of this service and restaurant, a 1000/10. I will definitely be coming back, mark my words!!!!!! Thank you Ashley for your awesome customer service!

Normally I don’t eat seafood at chain restaurants but I saw the commercial on TV and couldn’t help myself . Joseph Jr … emphasis on the JR lol was our server and he was awesome. 5 star all the way . Very well spoken gentlemen and informative. The food was amazing. Alittle costly but I would definitely be back .

I hadn’t been here before, and was excited to try a new-to-me crab place closer to my house after finding one on the north side of town that we really like. The ambiance was fun–lots of nautical/sea creatures decorating the dining room. It seemed somewhat bright and inviting. The service was also good, with our waitress checking in on us periodically but not hovering…. The food was ok. We got the Mr. and Mrs. Crab seasoning, which is a little bit of all the seasonings, mild flavor since the waitress (and menu) told us their spices are hotter than most places. There was a ton of garlic in huge chunks in the spices. Thankfully we like garlic, or it would have been inedible We got one of the bigger meals, which is supposed to feed 2-3 people, according to the menu. Unfortunately, there was only one snow crab cluster, so we had to break it apart to share. The crab was average, and very hard to get out of the shell. The seasoning was ok, but it seemed like the seasoning and the sauce were two different things, with the seasoning sort of sitting somewhat dry on top of the seafood, and the sauce pooling at the bottom of the pan. Maybe if ours had come out in the steam bag it would have melded them more… the sausage was sliced super thin, which was a shame, because it would have been better if you could actually take bites of a bigger piece. Ultimately, we just were underwhelmed. It was ok–nothing bad–just not as good as the other one we went to recently. This place only has snow crab and blue crab, which is ok, but the other place has dungeness crab and king crab, and much larger slices of sausage, plus the flavors are better and it is less expensive. It’s a shame really, because we were hoping to love this one as much and save on the drive!
