I visited a different Mr Hero in a different city and the Philly steak that I got did not have diced up steak. It was thinly sliced and layered. I much more prefer my Philly steak with the onions and mushrooms Blended all together then onions and mushrooms inside of the folded Philly steak. Just kind of disappointed that the steak wasn’t diced up.

I seen that Mr. Hero had there fried pickles back so I ordered them and a Roman burger. And I was so upset that they gave me white tomatoes . I know they know if they are ripe or not and they use to be good . I was not happy at all. They are not cheap and they want to serve me tomatoes that are not ripe that is not right.

I always get the Roman burger it’s always good but the food there is not cheap. So I go there every now and then.

Charged .50 cent for a (small) water with a purchase. I thought that was a bit much. (But given the times I accept it )

I had ordered a head on my app to pick up for my work lunch. The store is marked to open at 10:30 so I scheduled my pick up for 10:45. I pull in and the store wasn’t even open at 10:45. I was told to wait at the drive up window for my food which I did for 20 minutes. I was never greeted or thanked for the wait or even acknowledged. The service was awful. I work in the service industry and understand that things happen, but at least talk to me and let me know what’s going on instead of ignoring me when you’re already making me late for work.

The bomb!! For three ppl we paid between $30-$50 bucks. Not to bad for quantity and quality. We all enjoyed our food and couldnt even finish it all in one sitting.

I noticed how dark and runny the marinara sauce was, flipped it over to view the date and it expired in 2013. Called to make them aware and was treated with hostility.

If I had to make a comparison to S.Hawkins and W. Market…S. Hawkins is trash…they never open on time…their Roman isn’t tasty at all…I’ve never given away or even only ate half of my romans..but this location i have..The cheesesteak meat taste like it was freezer burnt…I would love for Gordon Ramsey to visit this location to see what the H**L they’re doing!! If I could give them NO stars I would #tuh

One thing about Mr Hero in all my years it’s been fresh. When you want a ( samich ) lol… They’re a great burger alternative. Various steak sandwiches. I think the longevity of this franchise speaks volumes. Besides where else can you get an ice cold Pepsi!
