Since the place changed hands, so much has improved. Very clean, no one smokes. The last owners would smoke at the front door. Last thing I want is to walk through smoke before I eat. The food seems better also.

I think I’m a little bit spoiled because I’m used to fast food being fast but I guess with this it’s a little different but the wait is always substantial when I go to Mr heroes. It’s good don’t get me wrong and you get a lot of food for the price it’s just it seems like it takes quite a while to make your food. But again probably spoiled because I’m used to drive-throughs. Good service good food greasy but good 🙂

Now dont get me wrong in Love me a Roman burger and Mr. Hero. But What happen to the man that used to own this place the recent owners are BOGUS.. They seem to skimp on anything possible the dressings an toppings where almost void and i thought it was jus a fluke but absolutely not its just them skimming to make more money clearly. While there i was speaking with another customer said her Tuna sandwich had a finger wide portion fron end to end..

Coming in just a few minutes before closing, I did not expect the staff to be in a good mood, but they were absolutely wonderful! Pleasant and helpful, they waited for the rest of our party to arrive and applied all possible discounts to our order! The sandwiches were SO good! I’ve never had a better chicken bacon ranch sandwich than the one from Mr. Hero’s!! If you are looking for a great sandwich at a good price with wonderful service, Mr. Hero’s is the place for you!!

It was ok. Cheese Steak with onion although came home warm asked for onions to be cooked longer to make them softer they were still hard and crunchy. Onions on cheese Steak should be sautéed till soft. The Romanburgers were average.

Ordered a roman burger no onion and still got onion on my roman burger and they even marked the Roman burger no onion, how hard is it not to mess it up, I mean I never did it when I worked there but it’s sad that the owner was the one who did this to my sandwich and I even watch him make it how disappointing, I hope one day he fixes his mistakes and pays attention to what he is doing.

Used to work here a few years ago. Living in AZ makes me miss the food! Wish they would open up in other states. Nobody compares to Mr.Hero’s unique sandwiches. I highly recommend this location. Locally owned and not corporate, so you know your supporting a family business.
