They don’t make your food the way you ask and my sandwich was horrible I ended up throwing it in the trash it had discolored lettuce that was a brownish color on there the meat wasn’t cooked through and my mushrooms were mushy not fried hard the way I asked and the pizza bites was old tasting. This was the first time I ordered from there and I will never return just the worst experience I’ve ever had from a Mr.Hero’s.

Cockroaches!!! Do not attend this location. I used to go here frequently. Never again. I walk in and the guy taking orders is on his phone. As I am waiting for my food at a table, a guy walks in and the man who was on his phone shows him around. They get to my table and the employee says, “See, cockroaches!” as one crawls into the woodwork right where I am sitting. The man who walked in was in disbelief as I am a customer and there was no attempt to even hide it. Absolutely disgusting.

Evertime I eat at this location it messes with my belly. Idk if it’s dirty or if what they use to clean just don’t work. The male boy cashier was rude and tried to charge me $45 for 2 meals. I’m glad I was paying attention.

This is RATED a 1 star ONLY because 0 IS NOT an OPTION!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NEVER EVER GO HERE!! Literally the smallest cheesesteak sandwich I’ve ever had. Cashier tried to charge $50.36 for 2 meals! Then had enough nerve to get an attitude because he rang up a bunch of stuff no one ordered and then he tried not giving us our cups for drinks! After fixing my order it went down to $30! It was an all around waste of time, money and patience!! Take my word for it PICK SOMETHING OR SOMEWHERE ELSE TO EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!

Won’t be going here again. I had a coupon for 7.50 for a medium sandwich limit of 2. I told them on the phone when ordering that I had this coupon and that I wanted to use it for the 2 sandwiches. They said ok. I arrived and they tried to tell me it was going to be 17.98 or something. Then I said with the coupon?? They guy said yes… what?? Then I said here is the coupon. The guy takes it and scans it only one time. I don’t go to mr. heros barely ever so I assumed this was ok. Then the cashier tells me its going to be 16 something. I say why would it be 16? do you guys charge tax on food? The cashier said yes… . So long story short it sure seemed like they did not plan accepting my coupon and then once I handed to him he knew to scan it twice for 2 sandwiches and didn’t then when questioned they told me they charge tax on food.. wow just wow.. it should’ve been $15 even.
