Credit card machine down on lunch hour 12/27/2022 that’s not the worst of it- the cooks back there we’re moving so slow. Meaning even if I had cash, I wouldn’t be able to eat it within my lunchtime break. Who carries cash anyway anymore? Plus, this is “fast” food. You need to be fast! It didn’t look like they were moving at a fast pace in the kitchen at Mr Hero.

Terrible customer service! I called an order for 2 Roman burgers. Arrived 20 minutes later, order not ready. They proceeded to service 3 walk-ins ahead of me. They received their food before me despite them ordering after me! Update: the food quality is poor, they served cold steal fries and they were full of grease like they had been reheated in the cooking oil.

My daughter loves the Roman burger. I typically do too, but some of the locations near me have gone down hill. I’m am so glad we decided to try this branch while in the area. The staff was very friendly and the food came out quick and fresh!!!

The food here is usually very good. My wife ordered a steak and cheese hero with mushrooms only, “BTE” (extra meat and cheese). She was pleased with her sandwich.

The manager at the Lyndhurst Mr. Hero was courteous and assisted me when I faced a problem redeeming my rewards on my app by going the extra mile and contacting corporate for assistance. And to honor the ad on his door he accommodated me. Thats great customer service and I will be back. And the food was hot and fresh and ready in a reasonable amount of time.
