Great place and always friendly. There’s a new young lady I haven’t seen there before, she’s funny, sarcastic and seems really energetic. She’s absolutely adorable. This neighborhood doesn’t deserve that store. They are trying to make a living like everyone else and people in this neighborhood are absolutely rude to them. It’s sad.

i went to this location about a month ago….. the female manager (older lady in her early 60’s) was very rude & rushed my order…… as soon as she gave me my order i was nice enough to put a few dollars in the tip jar….. her attitude changed …. i would never go back again.

This Mr. Hero has been in Slavic Village for as long as I can remember & its still going strong. No dining in right now, but we can pick up or order thru Door Dash. The employees are friendly, the restaurant is clean & the food is good!

How do u expect customers to order if u fail to answer the phone: not all customers have the time to come in and wait some of us only get 30 minutes for lunch. It dont make no sense that ive called other mr hero stores and they dont answer the phone but yet yall want customers to do curbside pick up n order online n do all that but u refuse to even take their calls. That makes me opt to eat elsewhere. Yall need to fix that or ur gonna lose more business
