If I could give zero stars I would. My husband spent $60 on food for 2 LARGE Chicken Bacon Ranch combos with cheese cups and fries and 1 CBR small combo with fries and cheese and drinks. I understand everyone has been impacted by inflation but they served these sorry looking sandwiches. I’ve NEVER had this horrible of a sandwich from Mr. Hero in my life! This is absurd and absolutely despicable for any restraint or establishment to serve! My husband and I both have worked in the food industry for over a decade and never have I seen such horrible service and food in my life. I truly hope they do better for people in the further but I’ll NEVER come back! All sandwiches looked like this!

Any time i visit Cleveland Ohio my first thought is about eating and Mr. Hero. I have also worked at the one on Harvard ave. The food is always great. The prices are kind of high but worth every penny.

Subway must own this spot.hot buttered cheesesteak consists of a rolled up steakum a small sliver of onion a piece of mushroom so thin they had to cut it with a razor blade and then they top it off with white cheese whiz.if u get the combo of this cheapass sandwich u better bring your own bag they try to stuff everything in undersized bags the split before u hit the door.this is more like mr zero
