Great food and service most of the time, but don’t use the app especially in the evening when it randomly turns off sometime between 7:30 and 8pm. Chestnut Commons leaves theirs on until 8:30. I’ll be sure to go there next time! Especially since I paid for but did not get cheese for the fries.

Had a coupon for this location, so went for lunch. Sandwich was good. Although they were shady with the cheese and fries. Literally had 4 fries and 1/2 of cup of cheese. I guess the cheese is more than enough for the 4 fries. I recommend the lake ave Mr hero. He always hooks it up.

I come here often and its usually ok but today was terrible honestly me and my girlfriend spent 26$ our sandwiches was cold and burnt we call 4 times and not a answer 5/24 I will not waste my money anymore and they forgot our cheese cups

This is a must have when I come back home to visit! Nothing like a Romanburger, waffle fries with cheese and vinegar and a lemonade to wash it down. I love to visit this location and the staff are always so friendly. Food is always fresh and comes out quick! I just wish there was a Mr. Hero in Charlotte, NC

I was waiting in line to order and watched the cook touch raw meat and put it on the grill and then turn around and stick his hands in the lettuce and start making sandwiches without changing his gloves. I’d prefer not to get food poisoning so I left.
