Generally good, not super fast, but usually fast enough. Had me waiting for an order for over 40 minutes before they even put it in the oven. At least gave me a free desert, but it was a terrible experience.

So how is it possible to be compensated for wasting my time, gas and just the trouble of doing carry out and ordering online when the pizza box has the order sticker on the side of the box and clearly what was inside not what I ordered. Worst demonstration EVER OR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I swear the manager said they would fix me a new pizza and refund me for the inconvenience of going back to the store to get the pizza I ordered. No, they would not refund me. So my friend drove over there not once, but twice all just to get my $17.00 back. They would not give me the pizza!!!! I will be making another complaint to the BBB as well.

Undercooked and they don’t have delivery drivers at this location it seems. I point out the lack of drivers bc that means my pizza was delivered by DoorDash and the driver didn’t have a pizza bag like drivers that are employed a pizza place. I know he didn’t have a bag bc the pizza was not hot. That would be forgiveable if it wasn’t totally doughy. The outer two inches were cooked enough but almost all of the pizza was doughy and inedible and the cheese wasn’t browned at all. As soon as I opened the box I knew it was undercooked and I was right. I did receive a refund, so thanks for that.

If I could give this location a zero rating I would. Twice now I have ordered the ranch lovers combo which comes with ranch and ordered extra ranch on the side and it has been forgotten. The first time I let it go, the second time I called just to be told if I wanted it I would have to drive to the store to get it after I already paid a delivery fee. I told them they needed to correct it by bringing it to me which I was told that was impossible since they use a 3rd party delivery service. I waited an unreasonable amount of time to speak to a manager just to basically be told oh well and they would give me my money back. No apologies. I love Gattis but since this is the location that delivers to me, I will happily order Pizza Hut instead!
