Tried to place an online order shortly after 9pm. The system said the store was closed until tomorrow morning despite closing at 10pm (and why are pizzaplaces in busy areas closing so early now>). $100+ order plus tip is now going to someone else because the store can’t manage itself. The cycle doesn’t get better when a store cuts back on things like staff and delivery… Pick up your game or Dominos will put you out of business quickly.

I hate coming to this location for personal orders, for door dash orders, for any reason really, because of the white haired lady at the front counter. She’s always so rude, and slams stuff around and sighs and makes me feels insignificant. At first I tried to tell myself she was having a bad day, but after several runs from this store, I think maybe she just hates me.

Be careful when you place an order their mobile app. I placed an order for 4 pizzas using their deals and the total was about $64 total (sales tax/tip and delivery fees) but when I got my email confirmation of the order, the total cost jumped to $76. It appeared that the deal promotion for $13.99 was not added and charged me for the full price. When I called the store, they said they’re unable to do anything as it’s no their fault and wouldn’t budge or offer credits for future order. What a great way to to try to fix the issue!

2 hour wait. Ordered at 6pm. Said it would deliver by 7pm. 7:40 pm i call and the Pizza wasn’t even made. “Way way behind” they said. Well how is that my fault. Don’t take delivery orders if your employees are unable to make all the pizzas. Just offer carry out or dine in only. Guess papa murphys and papa johns are the better choice moving forward ♂️ Don’t expect me to order from here again.

Wow, worst I’ve had in a long time. The pizzas got smaller. We got a sampler, lots of toppings but very little marinara, even though there were lots of toppings it was very bland like they had lost all flavor. Seems ingredients are no longer fresh.

I miss their pizza so much! But the got new owners & quit using their own delivery drivers. It took 2 to 2.5 hours to get a stone cold nasty pizza (this happened several times before I gave up). Called the store and a man wearily sighed and said yeah, I know but that’s how new the owners want it. I used to order almost once a week but I haven’t ordered in several months. I’m not going to pay for inedible pizza.
