So I’ll start by saying we ordered on an extremely busy Saturday night and the pizza took over an hour to get to us but that was understandable and clearly communicated. However when the pizza did arrive it wasn’t hot at all. Not like warm congealed pizza that had been sitting out for thirty minutes to an hour. It wasn’t unpleasant but I was expecting better.

Pizza was undercooked and not cut. I called them to complain and the manager got surly with me. You know what Bud? That’s the last Gatti’s Pizza I will be buying from You. You can keep your poorly prepared food and the attitude that came with it.

Called in, asked them to put light cheese on half of the pizza. The lady told me she is not able to do that. I asked again and she said the same thing. I asked for a manger. And as she walked away from the phone to grab her manager she stated she was about to hang up on this guy. The manager then got on the phone with me and said they cannot put light cheese on half of my pizza. Worst experience and customer service for a new pizza place in town.

Ordered online for carry out. Pizzas were hot, fresh, made as ordered and ready right on time. The restaurant was clean and the employees were friendly and fast. Good experience, will order here again.

The girls working the cash register couldn’t figure out how to take our simple order as walk-ins. It was so frustrating. After ten minutes of them fumbling around on the register we left…needs better trained employees and apparently management is less than stellar

Keep this local franchise alive. I was disappointed to see my locations close one by one but this one, but this one saves the day for the west side. I grew up on gattis so I know good gattis. Cooked to perfection, has that specific flavor that gattis knocks out of the park, no pizza chain can come close.
