Order 2 pizzas, they only had 1. Had to wait 15 minutes, so the 1 pizza got cold. I gave them correct change, and I received the incorrect amount. Nevertheless uncompetitive. Do not recommend. Not even an apology or discount for their error or waiting time.

I have no issue with the food. However I have issue with the incompetent employees with no customer service skills. Delivery drivers should check the full order before leaving the store. If there is an issue and the store is called the you do not hang up on your customer. This will be the last time I order from this location if not from the entire brand.

Oh no, I usually love going to this gattis but not sure what’s going on lately. The prices have gone up and now they are being cheap with the ingredients. There was hardly any seasoning on the bread sticks and the $2 ranch cup was only half way filled when it’s normally filled to the top. Not to mention they’ve been out of parmesan cheese for the last several months, making me think they just don’t offer it anymore and keep saying they are “out”. I love gattis and hope this is a fluke so I don’t have to find a new pizza place.

First time eating here. I had a pizza and wings delivered. Not a fan of the crust. It was very cardboard like. Wings had good flavour, but not crispy at all. The skins were very soggy. Seemed under cooked but weren’t. I’ll find a different pizza joint when I’m in town.

TERRIBLE experience tonight with the manager on duty – Shay. Called in for delivery at 7:15pm, address, name and order total was confirmed and was quoted 40 minutes. By 8:30pm, called back to inquire where the order was, call was taken by Shay. Greeted with instant attitude, acted inconvenienced that I was inquiring, demanded an order number from an email confirmation that was never sent/received. “Are you even calling the right location?”

One pizza was good. The pepperoni and hamburger no complaints. My Canadian bacon and burger. Ugh . I’m not sure what happened to the cheese but yes I can say very soggy and sliding off the crust. Not a great experience today.

Very poor experience!! THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TRYING THIS PIZZA!! The guy told me to park and said that the pizza was going to be delivered to my car in the next 15 minutes . i sat in my car waiting for around 23 + minutes and when i went inside the pizza place the lady mention it was ready long time ago !! Like dude dont say you’re going to deliver my pizza you could have just said come in the store in the next few minutes !! Never comming back paid 17$ for a large pizza ! Poor experience!
