This was the first time I used this service and my order arrived earlier than stated, just a little over a half hour after I placed it. The driver followed my instructions to call before he got to my building and he was courteous and polite. I will definitely use this service again when I don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat.

We order from Mr Delivery at least 1 or 2 times a week and the only issue we have is Bella M…. they don’t prepare salads until the driver arrives and this slows delivery down. Otherwise they are a very good service. As the official “lunch lady” of my office I always use Mr Delivery. It also helps to order the night/ day before if possible.

Today was not a good day for Mr. Delivery. I ordered food to be delivered and while the restaurant upheld their end of the bargain, Mr. Delivery did not. The food arrived in a decent amount of time, but the driver went to the wrong building. He called and said he was out front. I went out to look for him and he was no where to be found. I tried to call the only number I could find and kept getting directed to leave a message. It didn’t take me long to figure out the driver was at the wrong building, but with no number to call I had to go over there and get my food. When I arrived the security guard advised that the driver left my food there at the security station. There was no one there to verify that I was the rightful owner of the food and my name was no where on the packaging. A driver should never leave the food without those specific instructions. I’m not happy about any of this as I only ordered because I had a project that needed to be completed quickly and all of this took precious time out of my day!

Ordered from this app tons of times and almost never had an issue. decent wait and super nice drivers. today though, i waited an hour for the food (which was normal), got the message that it would be here in a few minutes, then a message saying it was cancelled. so i called the number because it said my house was “out of the zone” and the CSR who got my call told me that was the issue, then said all of a sudden they were too busy to get my food to me on time so they c a n c e l l e d i t instead of just telling me it would be late, like they have done before. super sad about this and hope they find a better way to notify people.

Terrible service! I don’t know how this place is still in business. If my order isn’t completely screwed up, it takes 2hrs to receive cold food. On one occasion I received the wrong order and asked for my original order to be deliverered. After speaking with customer service I was told that my order would be on the way. No one never showed up and after calling to request a refund, I received no response. Three days later a refund was deposited in my account, but I never received an explanation or apology.

No stars!!!!! They took our order and sent a confirmation email but never showed up. Later we called to find out if the restaurant actually had our order from Mr. Delivery becusse we waited the 1 hour they quoted. They had no records of our order. Do not use this place. It’s a scam. We looked in our email and they had sent an email 30 minutes after our order confirmation with a bunch of typos. I am reporting them to better business bureau. Thanks for nothing.

Horrible experience, my husband and i ordered our food and expected a wait but was happy to hear that our food was on its way early….yaaaa us but no we live 7 minutes from the restaurant but it took the driver 40 minutes to bring my food once it was checked out from the restaurant, it was cold and soggy and the driver blamed dispatch. All i know is everytime i call mr.delivery no one will answer so i guess that shows how much they care for their patrons. I will never use this again…i cant even call it a service its a big waste of money dont get scammed into using it….adding to this because mr.deliveries owner refuses to return phone calls. There was never any kind of an assault and i have video evidence. The delivery driver was on camera as soon as he pulled in my driveway so if you expect any kind of respect or even reply from this company besides bogus lies you will not get it…once again horrible in every aspect.

I received the wrong order. Mr. Delivery refused to re-deliver the correct food and blamed the restaurant for the order being wrong. When I spoke with someone at the restaurant, he said the drive approved substitutions for the order without contacting me. Mr. Delivery would only give me a $5.00 credit which didn’t even come close to covering the cost of the food that was wrong.

Order was incorrect and late. Charged my card for an extra $20 and then said it was in case I wanted to add an additional tip. All I received from this company was cold food and a bill for $90 on a $70 purchase. It’s a shame Springfield doesn’t have Postmates or Uber Eats. Literally any other service.
