Love me some Montauk, but my God, the grilled panini was one of the saddest sandwiches I’ve ever had. The chicken appeared to be low grade, had zero seasoning, and it wasn’t even grilled. Safe to say it was made with zero love. Probably also worth mentioning everyone working that day looked miserable. God bless.

I had breakfast from here months ago and it was delicious. So I decided to try out their lunch. Their sandwich was soggy and not grilled all the way and the chicken was hard to bite into. It was sloppy and no seasoning on it. I would’ve gave them another try but given their replies to low rated reviews by other customers I really doubt it. Being professional is key.

Incorrect order. Owner was rude and unwilling to correct it, called me unreasonable, difficult and other unsavory things all because I called to complain about the order. He slammed the phone down on me and cursed at me. Ordered a gluten free wrap, which they do not have. Ordered ketchup on the side instead received a soggy sandwich. All of this could have been settled with a simple acknowledgement and offer to amend, instead of all of this hostility. Terrible restaurant with terrible food and even worse customer service.

Running late and looking for somewhere to eat… Out of Season so loads closed… This is a sandwich bar cooked/made to order… It helps to know what you want before you walk through the door…. Good portions and was busy…. But if you’re visiting from the UK… America ain’t cheap $10 + for a sandwich….
