I ordered chicken strips and fries…the chicken was ok w/the honey mustard sauce (3-4 small strips) However, the fries were VERY over cooked, burned and hard like a rock. Also NO KETCHUP that I asked for, no utensils and no napkins!!! Ordered thru Uber eats 🙁 Definitely a waste of $15

Their breakfast sandwich is great but some of the staff are just so incredibly rude for practically no reason. I walked in at 11:40 asking for a breakfast sandwich, to which he responded that breakfast was closed. I said their website says breakfast doesn’t close till 12, and he responded ” I just don’t feel like making that sandwich right now.” It sucks because I like it there a lot but every now and then I have a bad experience with staff.

Not impressed. Person behind the counter didn’t seem to know what salami was. ordered a Panini on white bread, got a warmed ciabatta roll with chunks of a black coal-like substance from the press stuck to the outside, no grill marks or toasted texture.

The tugger bfast sandwich is the single good thing that happened to me in east Hampton, the shining jewel in a miserable, awful trip. I was sitting in the sweltering heat, disgusting, tired, but some angel had assembled a beautiful delicious breakfast sandwich that lifted my spirits.

Good food, but person in the morning not very welcoming. I say good morning to get complete silence. Seems like he doesn’t want to be there. I don’t know if its because he isn’t a early bird, but that front guy is not friendly at all, and makes me feel extremely uncomfortable while he is handling my food. I’ve tried saying hello smiling(thru my mask) but silence. Word to the wise if you want to own a deli that opens at 6am and you want costumers, please make us feel welcomed. I know its early we all don’t want to go to work or be at work at that hour, but make the best of the situation. Especially when I go most mornings giving you my business.
