It was my first time at Mr Chicken. I ordered the fried chicken with tajadas and chicken and cheese empanadas it was delicious , Paola in drive thru is very friendly and she provides excellent customer service, she explained the ingredients of the dish, and I enjoyed the chips with salsa and cheese that Paola give me while I was waiting for my order. Thanks Paola for your excellent service .

Little Hispanic fried chicken restaurant. I’ve driven pa I went through the drive through and the lady who worked in the drive was the nicest lady I’ve ever dealt with in a restaurant let alone drive thru. Paula was her name. She answered all my questions and help with some off menu items as well. Best experience I’ve ever had in a drive thru hands down. And on top of that. The food was absolutely fantastic. They even gave me snacks while I waited for my food. Absolutely amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

I was really dissapointed in the service. I was waiting almost 10-12 mins at the drive through to place an order. There were no cars in front of me and maybe 2 parked outside the location. Did not look busy at all. I waited because i really wanted to try thier chicken as a first timer, so i decided to wait…but i had 2 different people on the intercom and no one took my order. I kept calling out and no one answered. So i left. Its unforunate. I was really looking forward to trying thier chicken on my lunch break.

5 stars for service, 4 stars only because we had to wait about 20 minutes for our food BUT, Only because the person in front of us ordered 36 pieces of chicken so we made the choice to wait for fresh chicken. The white rice was good and so were the beans. The chicken was a little greasy but thats how fried chicken is! There was two different kinds of chicken both fried but different flavors and they were both pretty good; Better than the last chicken place that was here before them. I believe they are trying to provide a quality service which is all we can ask for these days. I wish you all the best and we will eat again for sure. Hope this helps!

I was very disappointed in this meal. We got the 8 piece chicken meal. We had assumed it would be a chicken (LOL), but it was just 8 little legs of the chicken. Nothing on the menu said they were giving legs. Also, they do not tell you or it is not anywhere mentioned in the restaurant that they will charge a service fee (4%) for using a credit card. Would we ever go there again, “NO”. Will we recommend it to someone else, “NO”. Popeye’s and KFC have better chicken. Go there.
