The place was almost empty. There was a couple that were done when we came in. We sat down, and we waited for a bit to order our drinks. The waitress took the drinks order, and on the way to get them, she stopped at the couples table to have a nice conversation. A few minutes later, we all were ready to order our food, and she was still talking to the couple. We ordered a BLT, meatballs sandwiches, and pork belly sandwich. The bacon of the BLT was burnt to the point that it disintegrated to the touch. It was too obvious that that plate shouldn’t be served like that. The pork belly sandwich had a good flavor, but only on the first bite. After that, the taste was overpowered by the amount of fat of the pork belly. I hope they can fix these issues.

I paid $51 for cold pizza, dry wings, chicken Alfredo w onion when I asked for it with no onion. Pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through. Not worth the price at all. Wont be going back.

I got the Alessandra pizza. It looked and tasted delicious. They have little tables outside, but it was too hot for me so I ate it in my car. I liked it very much and recommend it to others. I’m from out of town, so sadly I won’t be able to eat any time soon, but you locals better go enjoy it. Thumbs up!

Amazing food for all the things I’ve tried so far and Only place that will make the “Quattro Formaggio” pizza like I used to get in Italy I have to add blue cheese to the “three cheese” pizza they have but I can’t even custom make that any other place I’ve tried. They make some super bomb hot wings also those are my 2 absolute favorites.

I ordered by phone and The lady told me 25 minutes, when I arrived 25 minutes later was not ready my food and I told them I was hurry because my kids was on the car, she said 10 minutes more and i waited at the car but after 10 minutes i came back and was not ready yet, took 40 minutes a lasagna and salad. And after I told them that i had a lot of time waiting the lady just do some face to me. Bad customer service and waiting time

The pizza and wings are delicious and prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere of this new location is very upscale, modern, and clean compared to their old location next to Vons that had a more country look. The staff is very friendly and responsive. We have come with a group of 8 and the service was excellent. We have also ordered 2 pizzas by phone for pickup one time and it was ready in 15-20 minutes as promised. Good place to eat here in Imperial!
