Ordered the Pinapple Chicken Luau, a pepperoni pizza and cheese sticks. The Pinapple Chicken Luau came swimming in grease!!! Everything fell off and as soon as I opened the lid a piece was stuck and fell to the floor. Gross and inedible pizza! There are many other pizza places in the area that are MUCH BETTER!! Terrible customer service! Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else! See pictures, judge for yourself, mind you the pepperoni and cheese sticks had 1/4 of the grease.

I recently received an order that was undercooked. When I returned to the store, the employee handling the situation handled it poorly. He took each slice of my pizza and tore it in half to show me the cooked side of the dough, but didn’t have anything to say about the uncooked dough other than “this is how we make all of our pizzas.” From calling me a liar to saying that undercooked pizza is how they make all of their pizzas because of the sauce, I left feeling pretty disappointed, especially since this was only half of the order. The other pizza order was cooked. The undercooked pizza made some of my guests sick.

Pizza is :fire: . I usually go with a pepperoni bacon or just straight pepperoni. Pizza be pricy but its worth it in the end. Service is pretty good too. I like the arcade area as well. Very clean store.

Pizza was good, but cold. They said ready in 30 mins, I got there in 20mins. It was already ready. Got it home 5 minutes later, and cold? First impressions, I walked in, dining area is nice, great pizza parlor feel, but had no one in it, most the tables were dirty, and cart full of dirty dishes in middle of room. Salad bar area needed to be wiped down. Fellow that helped us had hat on backwards and personality of a toad. I will try this place again, I hope they get it dialed in. I want them to do well. Mountain mikes is one of my favorite pizza places.

We ordered pizza on 11/21/22 take out.. The pizza wasn’t cooked all the way it was all doughy in the center. We had to put it on the oven to cook it longer. Super disappointing. This is the second time they dropped the ball, last time we ordered delivery and they forgot to bring a salad we paid for.. I would suggest going to somewhere like Round Table or Pizza Factory.
