Zero stars!! Most awful customer experience EVER!! We put an order in for 2 pizzas for delivery at 4:30pm. We were told it would be 45 min. Which is fine. But 90 min later there is no pizza. I’ve phoned 3 times for a resolution and they only say that the pizza is on the way. When I asked them to make me a new pizza and I will collect they REFUSED! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL. DO NOT ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS STORE!!!!

Our family loves mountain mikes pizza!! I haven’t ordered pizza from this location in about a year, I’m very disappointed in the sauce! All I could taste was the dough that wasn’t cooked throughout. The sauce was light and lacking in flavor. I woke up at 3am and had to run to the bathroom. Never has that happened after I ate pizza. Just saying.

I advise you to never ever work in this place because the boss going to make you to do everything. He never gives you a break. However, if he finally did gave you a break, he’s going to ask you to help if the pizza get busy again. Secondly, he never let you take the tip from the customers; instead, he gonna tell you to put the money in a jar which is in the end he never gnna distribute. He is a very greedy owner I ever seen in my life. He is taking the rights from his employees to take their tips (which is belongs to them). I don’t know why no one there speaks up. It’s very daunting to see this happening to you or your colleagues who work in such a difficult situation but God watching him!

I pre-ordered my pizza for pick up. I live close by. They have a good selection of combinations that are tasty and filling. The service was good and they were polite and my pizza was waiting for me to go. I enjoyed it. Tasty and hot fresh pizza, it does not get much better than that. Their prices are within reason. Great customer service.
