Fantastic pizza! Good value for the money. The service has always been friendly and accommodating. I love their pepperoni pizza! Its generously loaded with their own pepperoni. This is the kind that curves-up (cups up). Every time I come to Santa Rosa, CA I always make sure and visit this pizzeria for their pepperoni pizza. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I’ve eaten here a few times, it’s been good. My most recent visit was really disappointing. I was there for the lunch buffet for about an hour and a half. When I arrived there were some combo slices and some pepperoni. They had clearly been there for a long while. In the time I was there one fresh pizza was added (some funky Alfredo sauce thing).

Ordered here for almost 5 years, never had any issues. Last week ordered a large pizza that showed up with a small slice missing. I figured whatever I’m not going to make a fuss, I’ll just mention it the next time I order to make sure I get the entire pie. I ordered earlier tonight and mentioned it, management gave me $5 off which was nice, until my pizza showed up and was smashed in the box. Like someone had thrown it but I watched the driver walk up and set it down and didn’t see anything happening. Won’t bother ordering from here anymore this is just ridiculous, the food is so so expensive for this kind of stuff.

The positives: the atmosphere is great for family and parties and the patio is really fun, and they have a full bar. Negatives, the salad bar was next to illegal with wilted brown ice burg lettuce and other options all of which looked like they had been there since the day prior. Our pizza came out wrong after checking twice at the time of ordering it, and I had to explain to the bartender how to properly pour a vodka cran. He was very nice though. All in all, experience was ok, just don’t go if your looking for a salad bar.

Pizza was ok. They were 30 minutes late on an online order. Said they were soooo backed up. There were 2 tables occupied and 2 people in the lobby. There are literally more people in the kitchen than customers.

Extremely bad service at this location. Pizza took an hour and a half. Driver then showed up with no pizza was told I got delivered the wrong pizza. I had to call back they said they were told I was picking it up after pre tipping the driver. They then rushed my pizza out, it was not sealed and they offered no compensation for this. So unorganized.

I’ve never seen so many TV’s. My pizza was brought in good time. Tasted good ate more than I should. Place was clean. Tip jar was full. The full open bar looked welcoming but was full of party reservation attendees so I had to pass THIS time.
