Mountain Mikes has really fallen off the cliff. Tonight we ordered two larges, one pepperoni and one pepperoni and sausage, both with white sauce. I will tell you prices have gone up and the quality down! they put next to no sausage on your pizza when you order it, Don’t waste your extra money. I will include a picture of the full pizza the next time we order. (Unfortunately, we have coupons so it’s hard to pass up even though the pizza is very sub-par!) They are extremely inconsistent with the sauce and half of the pizza wasn’t cut all the way through. The pepperoni and sausage had hardly any sauce and was very dry while the pepperoni pizza had a great amount of sauce and tasted pretty good. Again, I’m super disappointed with the lack of sausage, especially cuz they don’t hesitate to charge me for it. Sorry for the poor review but this is two times in a row, get it together over there.

Managers are rude. I ordered Buffalo mild wings and when my husband picked it up and got it home they were barbecue. I called to let them know an I ended up talking to the manager and he hung up on me. I wasn’t being rude or yelling I was just letting him know. I ended up calling back and he picked the phone and tried to put me on hold I let him know that I was the person he hung up he then proceeded to talk to someone on his end saying that he is about to pop off because the lady that he hung up on is on the phone again. He said that the cashier that took my order said I ordered barbecue and that she even repeated the order. I told him that was a lie I would never order barbecue because one of my kids is allergic to it and that I have a recording of that phone call that took place and he proceeded to hang up on me again! This Mountain Mikes is mismanaged with rude employees. I will never give this place my money!!! Its pretty sad that Mountain Mikes has people like that running a place. Riverbank location has really declined.

Good attitude and a smile but they charged me for ranch which I wanted 4 ranch packs but they didn’t gave me any and they charged me 40 cents each and just one they didn’t but they didn’t gave me any ranch. Thats messed up since I payed for them but it’s fine next time I will check my order before I take it. Ima let that slide that day. Next time it happens I would say hey your charging me for ranch which I didn’t get so I want my ranch please in a polite way as the lady their was polite to me.

Mountain Mikes hosted our school for a dine out night or takeover! The kids had so much fun. The new manager and pizza crew did a great job fulfilling our orders as we were a HUGE crowd. Highly recommended for fundraising. Bring quarters for your kiddos to play games.

WORST PIZZA BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY NOT PREPARED, customer service was beyond awe ful the “area manager” KAYLA who bragged about it like she enjoyed destroying the business and the name couldn’t even prepare her establishment to have more than $1 bills and can’t tell customers that on the phone or anything before they arrive is very irresponsible and annoying as a customer that doesn’t expect to have too waste that time and instead be prepared when they show up. It really isn’t that hard as a business and good nice way to be respectful of your customers time but instead she insists on arguing with me about it when I ask if we can have two free ranches for her mistake. Let’s keep in mind each ranch is .40 and as a customer and business profits they just missed out on more than potentially hundred or even thousands on my business all year and longer, don’t forget about the references I will now not make to this mountain mikes location. My prediction for 2023 this location goes out of business. I’m only saying that because the corporate office is now out of business and KAYLA is only contributing greatness to the return. Congrats KAYLA.

I ordered an anchovy, pepperoni, and onion pizza, with extra sauce, crispy crust.. Yes, I *am* very picky about my pizza, having spent alot of my teenage years and alot of my twenties, working at various pizza places in Modesto- and *this* Mountain Mike’s (which I had never ordered from, ever), nailed my order. It was perfect. Plus the girl with the nose ring was super friendly and was very nice. Good job, guys. Thank you. It was nice to finally have one of my favorite comfort meals prepared perfectly!

I ordered a pizza and was told it would be delivered within 1hr 15 max. Almost 3 hours later and no pizza was delivered. The only thing I’m told by Isaac, the manager, is that it’s somewhere on its way. Never have had any issues with any of my orders in so many years. No confirmation of refund could be given so at this point let’s see how quickly they refund since they can’t deliver a pizza in under two hours on a Thursday. Lost a customer here. Customer service at this location left a lot to be desired. What a shame.
