I’ve been so disappointed with this store for the last few years. Today was by far the worst. I called my order in and was surprised when they estimated only 35 minutes. I asked if they could please ensure my pizza was cooked through as the last several times we’ve had severely undercooked dough. Upon arrival nobody seemed welcoming or concerned there were folks waiting. Once I was able to pay I asked again if they would please make sure it was cooked fully. They looked in the oven at my pizza and threw it back in and told me it would be out shortly. After waiting about 20 minutes I asked to see how much longer thinking they had boxed it up and forgotten me. The pizza they thought was mine, wasn’t. They didn’t bother telling me until I asked, and then was told I would have to wait another 15 or 20 minutes. The only employee that even cared was the employee who saw me waiting the entire time he was able to take his lunch break. They 100% forgot to make my pizza until after I paid. Once we took it home, we realized they put no effort in to trying to make it look good or cut it evenly. For how much they cost, I’m utterly disappointed and unfortunately don’t think I’ll be returning to this location.

The pizza was pretty good, they actually listened when I said I wanted it doublecut (most pizza places just ignore that when I ask) and it was pretty fresh. The only really bad thing about this place is that I had it delivered and it took a while for me to get it, about an 1h and 20min just keep in mind that I live pretty close to the place. I shouldn’t have to call and ask where my pizza is but that’s what I did and it came about 10min later, so other than that it not bad

I ordered an extra-large pepperoni pizza with white garlic sauce for some employees. I ordered it online and had it delivered to our work, it took about an hour to get to us. It tasted fresh and delicious though and the delivery person had plenty of plates and napkins for us.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza Saturday night Sep-29, for pick up, they told me my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. They lied to me. I was there to pick it up before the time, I waited for my pizza for over 1 hour. I was not happy. When they finally gave me my pizza, it wasn’t hot. Here they told me it was right out of the oven, which was another lie. The bottom of the pizza box would have been hot being it just came out of the oven, however it was barely warm. I was so hungry and upset, I just wanted to eat, so I left with my barely warm pizza. I understand Mountain Mike’s pizza gets busy I extremely busy, however that doesn’t give them the right to lie to their customers. I have been a loyal customer for MMP, I didn’t deserve this happening to me. I will give this location a second chance cuz I am a loyal customer and I enjoy their pizza very much over any other pizza places. If it happens again I will never return to this location. I will go to another MMP.

This is my first time ever coming to this location and I experienced something that was negative. I’m not one to complain much, but I thought about it and decided to leave this review. I went to place an order inside the store for just one pizza. A plain pepperoni pizza. The blond girl who took my order asked for my name and if the order was going to be to go. I said yes and paid. I sat down waiting like every one else. The issue that came was I sat there for an hour before I went to ask for the wait time for my pizza. Now it could be that they were preparing other pizzas but 40 minutes into my wait this lady came in and placed an order for 2 pizzas and no longer than 15 minutes she got her order before I did. So I once it hit the hour marked I asked about my pizza and they couldn’t find it. And then they had to search for it in the POS system. After then searching at other prepared pizza this girl with curly hair said that my pizza will be out shortly and that it was in the oven or something. That was not a great experienced but the only good thing was that this girl with glasses gave me the pizza and she apologized for everything. She was the only nice person there.
