Just be honest
Called for delivery, employees answered with a very rude and dismissive attitude. Was told would be about 45min. 1.5 hours later we called and was told it’s on its way. 30 min later we received a very cold and average pizza. I feel this was a passive aggressive action on the girl answering the phone. Delivery driver purposely left our gate wide open, after being asked to please close because of our dogs. Was a twice a month customer. Never again. Get better employees!

this place has fallen off since the last time we had it delivered. pizza was average at best, the “cheese” bread has no cheese on it and was basically just crust, the churros had a crazy amount of cinnamon on them and were uneatable. I’ll order elsewhere next time for sure

I ordered a pizza online I was at the Robinhood store I had pushed my location and it said make this my store and I put yes so That’s where I thought I ordered, so the people working in that mountain Mike’s said call and cancel because our order was ordered at the lodi location so I called right after I pushed send and the girl on the other end of the phone said they couldn’t cancel my order because it was finished already we got there and they brought the pizza out and it didn’t have mushrooms so they said they were going to make us a fresh one so we waited about 20 minutes and they brought us the same pizza with raw mushrooms on it by this time it was cold so we asked for our money back they said they couldn’t do that because there was no management available if the manager looks at the video he’ll see that the girl behind the counter should’ve kept her mouth shut and there wouldn’t have been a problem but some people don’t know how to do that so we ended up leaving without a pizza and without our $42.00 there should be someone in charge the can give people there money back because money doesn’t grow on trees I honestly think they were trying to give me someone else’s pizza that was already made my hole order came to $83.63 what good was the rest of the food without the pizza it ruined out hole movie night we had planned

Very disappointed! ☹️ I walked in specifically because the salad bar looked good but they charge over $10 for one serving. That’s crazy, I never heard of a salad bar that wasn’t all you can eat!

Awesome pizza and great people run the place. I only have got take-out from there, so can only say their pizza is pretty tasty. Even better is they’re still open & offer take-out during the shelter in place order; unsure about delivery. But all the staff are wearing gloves & are being extra safe which put me at ease.

I’ve never experienced such horrible service from this establishment. I was literally just at the cherokee location and the female cashier(she was not wearing a name tag, she was short with a bun) I ordered online, went in to pick it up and she immediately gets an attitude and tells me, I never made the order. I was showing her my receipt with that location and yet she just kept telling me it’s not in her system oh well. I said excuse I’m not going to just get robbed of my $31, she said nothing she could do. After a few minutes of arguing, she FINALLY walked to the back and came right back out with my order receipt and proceeded to tell me she doesn’t understand why I got an attitude with her. Than she threw my pizza down and walked away. She should’ve at least said I’m sorry she was wrong, or have a good night. But NOTHING. I refuse to ever order here in the evening again. That is ridiculous and no employee should ever treat a customer like this.

Mountain Mike’s pizza is good….sometimes. I called to make an order and the girl sounded like she was annoyed that I was calling. I get there and girl up front looks like she doesn’t want to be there. I get my pizza, take it home, start to eat it and it’s super dry. Do you train your people well enough to know how to put sauce on a pizza? Or Do you guys not purchase any sauce to put on the pizza? Won’t be going to this place anymore

Pizza was alright. Woman who answered sounded annoyed that I was calling. That made me forget to add a promo code coupon because it was so awkward. Realized it when the delivery boy gave me the total. I receive promotions via email reminding me of this experience. Just go to the other one in town much nicer.
