I had ordered a pizza with jalapeños, got one without. Person on phone tells me that he saw the person who made the pizza put jalapeños on his camera and refuses to even apologize for a mistake. He is probably mistaking the green peppers for jalapeños. Unbelievable rudeness towards a customer.

They didn’t provide the extra ranch I ordered and paid extra for— it ruined the entire meal. On top of that they didn’t put green onions on my robbers roost. Garbage Mountain Mike’s. I’d give a zero if it was an option. Never short change your customers on their ranch. Then, there were like a million olives on the pizza. Was it to make up for the lack of green onion? Where’s the QC? Will never go to this place again.

Worst place ever! I placed an order online for a pizza and a side one day early for delivery for the Super Bowl. They took payment immediately. I didn’t hear from them again until for another day about 20 minutes before it was to be delivered. They said they didn’t have anymore of the side. Yet they took payment! After a lot of haggling, they agreed that the delivery driver will refund me in cash. I got a call from the delivery driver about 40 minutes late, saying he was here. But he wasn’t. Turns out he just didn’t want to walk it to my door. He didn’t have the refund! And when I asked for the receipt, he wadded it up and threw it at me! Not only that, the pizza was cold. And the box itself was ice cold, like it was sitting on a cooler. I called the restaurant, and the guy hung up on me. Absolute worst!
