The buffet isn’t ready when it’s scheduled. I’m told this is common. Pizzas came out slowly and individually and were immediately devoured. Sad, because I have had good experiences here in the past. The owner needs to be on site.

Very generous on the toppings. Just enough delicious sauce. Crust is a bit thicker than I usually like, but is needed to support toppings if eating by hand. Nothing slides off. Really quality pizza! Loved it.

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 5:33pm from San Rafael Mountain Mikes pizza. At 6:55pm, I called again to ask where my pizza is at. The gal I spoke to when I ordered said she doesn’t recall taking my order. She continued to put me on hold while searching for my order. She said she can place the order again. I said you should provide me a free pizza because of your poor customer service. She replaced the order and said she could give 50% off. I now will be contacting the owner (John) to advise him of the situation.

Mountain Mike’s Pizza used to be the place to go and get an amazing pizza. You would think that after the pandemic shotdown they would strive for great pizza and good customer service. We’ll not lately. My order was a Uber delivery, on time by the driven. No fault here. The pizza was uncooked, raw meat and the vegetables luke warm. I called and drove back to the store, asked for a new pizza and got half the amount of toppings in my pizza and the service was not pleasant, surprised since Amanda is usually so friendly and upfront. They where all whispering at each other in the back about my order. Last time I go there for a while. Lost me as a customer.
