This place is horrible. I came here and young kid at the counter was super rude. When i ordered my food he told me my food was going to take forever since he was alone and that i should probably go somewhere else, so we did. This place stinks

GREAT PIZZA friendly staff, the women restroom was out of soap, while the men’s was full of soap, but kinda dirty. I guess most men don’t wash their hands?? I don’t know. Things that make me think, hum?

Mountain Mike’s Pizza. After the COVID-19, yes im starting out this way, this pizza chain came up as my go to places. A lot. And Round Table, formerly my top choice for franchise pizza restaurants dropped off my list completely.

Ordered wings and waited over forty minutes before I went to say anything to the cashier. My entire family had already received their food as we were part of a large group, including people that ordered after me. When I went to ask about the wings the cashier didn’t know what happened and didn’t apologize either. He called the manager to give me a refund but she didn’t say anything about the delay in food either. The manager who I assume is named Paola from my receipt was very rude and not customer orientated. Worst location. Do not go here.

Even though the wait is a little longer than I could take, I just have to consider the fact that they are by far the busiet branch in town. I could tell because of the durations they put you on hold . Pizza is always great though! McKinley is our favorite one. Also I would like to give Jesus a shout out for being so polite and happy delivering the pizza. He was awesome and I wish I had extra cash with me so I could have given him extra tips. Maybe next time I will request Jesus to deliver. I am big in customer service and so I notice things like this. Overall the lady who answers the phone and took our order was great as well. I just wish they aren’t that busy. Will definitely order here again ❤️

Went for the lunch buffet, I let the cook know who was also taking orders that I wanted a meatless pizza on the buffet because I don’t eat meat. He explained to me that the pizza will taste funny without the meat on it butt insisted that he we’ll make it. I waited for over 45 minutes and he never came out.
