We have ordered delivery to our address many times from this location and never had an issue until our last 2 deliveries, with their new younger girl driver. (A R) The first time we got charged a random tip on our credit card. 2nd time we received our pizza all flipped and weren’t asked to sign for our pizza despite paying with credit card again.

This was my 1st time at this Mountain Mikes …. We absolutely loved it .We had a group of 6 … The pizzas tasted and looked great(see attached pic). We got a large combination and a large pepperoni pizza. They have a good selection of beers on tap also , and it was nice and cold. The service was great. They were fast and friendly. Definitely, we will be back again

Fresh food always. They meet or beat their time frames. Had a delivery made for next day and they called the following day, 2 hours prior to ensure they were processing the order which set my mind as ease.

Terrible experience here. I always order at the other location but since this one is now closer to home l decided to give it a try. Called order in for delivery and was told we would get pizza in 40 min. After an extended wait time of an hour we get the pizza but it’s the wrong pizza. We call them to let them know we were given the wrong pizza, they say they will deliver the right pizza in an hour and to go ahead and eat that pizza because of the mistake and longer wait time. After waiting 2 hours I called to ask where our pizza was because my kids were hungry and still waiting. They looked into it and told me I have to wait another 40 min to get it delivered. Which is clearly a sign that they never even started to try and fix their mistake and this was 2 hours later. So I ask her if I will get it guaranteed in the next 40 min because of if not I can just cancel at this point and get it from somewhere else. She tells me we will try to get it to you in 40 or less but no more than an hour. Oh yeah and let’s not forget she also states that they will need the other pizza back from me upon delivery. I told her no I’m sorry but my kids were starving and got into it while waiting and that the first lady I talked to gave us the go ahead on eating it. We finally got our correct pizza in total 4 hours later. The only ONE good thing I can say is they threw in our whole order again which was a mountain size pizza, 2liter soda and ranch. Don’t order from here. It was a terrible experience.
