I originally picked up a DoorDash order from here, and since I’m a huge ramen lover, I decided to come right back after my drop off, and was pleasantly surprised with how RICH the broth is, the flavors of the ramen I ordered which was the Motto Special were spectacular, I am now coming here once a week to treat myself. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

Motto ramen is located in target area of Huntington Beach. Super convenient location. Inside is clean and newly renovated. The bowls are a good size, not too big and not too little. The ramen is al dente, pork broth is tasty and just right. I chose the spicy classic ramen. Would definitely come back here again. Highly recommend this restaurant. Excellent customer service and fast delivery of food.

My sinuses were a little stuffy due to the weather so I stopped in for a bowl of spicy ramen. Talk about a kick! It was delicious but it was that make your lips burn a little level of spice. I couldn’t even drink the broth after I was done with everything in it.
