My husband and I finally made it to Motor City Pizza, and the restaurant lives up to the hype! This is a cute, little gem in a Lewisville shopping center on 407 – very close to the Highland Village border. The restaurant is decked out in all things Detroit from sports memorabilia on the walls to the Motown classics playing on the sound system. It is a cozy, warm atmosphere, and very clean! They have two large screen TVs behind the bar…perfect for watching whatever game is in season.

Easily the best Detroit style pizza in Texas! I’ve tried all sorts of flavors and each one has been nothing short of amazing. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Best pizza in town! If you like thick crust, pan crust pizza, you will love this place. It is Detroit style pizza and it was my very first time eating Detroit style pizza. Loved it. My son and I had Motown Supreme which has peperoni, Italian sausages, onions, green peppers, mushroom. Just SO good.

The best pizza place I’ve ever been to. Detroit style pizza is never on my mind when I grab a bite to eat but the Dallas Morning News wrote about this place and it was close by so I tried it. Very flavorful pizza that’s hard for this Texan to describe but it tastes like it was made with real ingredients by an actual person. The crust has a satisfying crispness to it. The sauce wasn’t too strong and complimented every topping with subtlety. I can’t go back to Little Caesars after this.

Great local find! Really enjoyed the food made with quality ingredients and atmosphere. I am looking forward to be back and trying other pizzas. Their Sarento Tomato sauce is amazing! I am in love with little ricotta balls.

My wife and I stopped by for lunch and ordered a large Eastern Market, knowing we would take back some leftovers. Maybe because it was on Good Friday, the restaurant wasn’t very busy.

The pizza is awesome. The owner and the one waitress were very friendly and attentive. The place is small but very clean. Two beers, one soft drink, two side salads and a large supreme deep dish with extra cheese was $42….VERY reasonable considering how expensive things are these days. I very much recommend this place. We DEFINITELY will eat here again.

We got the Texas sweet heat and longacre. Texas sweet heat had a nice kick. Longacre was missing something or was just kind of plain/bland. The crust was excellent on both!

Great spot, really good detroit style pizza. Tried the Texas sweet heat. Recommend it. Good crispy crust, good toppings. Small but nice space. Lots of creative options on the menu with toppings and classic detroit style options. Being from Michigan, I very much enjoyed coming here.

This is the BEST pizza I’ve had yet in Dallas! The perfect Detroit Style Pizza. Edge to edge cheese, crispy corners, sauce has a little spice to it, pepperonis are excellent.
