Whenever I am in San Diego I always like to stop at Moto Deli on the way home. They have good healthy sandwiches with nuanced ingredients. My go to is the Turketta. Servers are cool and on a sunny day you can sit outside and people watch as there is a Nike store and coffee house in the same complex- it brings in an interesting mix of people.

We were very happy with the selections with both traditional sandwiches and vegetarian options. I had the caprese sandwich and added pesto. Ordered a bag of the potato chips and a pickle. All were fabulous! The bread for the sandwich was incredible. Loved the fact that it was a reasonable size sandwich and didn’t leave me feeling like I had way too much. Also tried the macaroni salad and it was pretty good. Definitely will be returning!

Great place for well-made and constructed sandwiches.

Great service at this deli, and the Cubano that I got was fantastic. The prices were very reasonable for the sizes of the sandwiches. Also, the Mac salad was amazing and I would honestly go back just to get that! Highly recommend stopping by and checking it out. I brought my coworkers here and they all loved it.

Delicious sandwiches, & amazing homemade chips. Super fresh ingredients, too! We love Moto Deli.

We all shared 4 different sandwiches. Overall consensus was “meh”. Bread very very toasted. Flavors ideas were pretty good, execution was lack luster. Loved that they had an offset smoker smoking ingredients. Also, pretty small sandwiches. Beer selection was great. Overpriced for the overall experience. Why is it so hard to find a great sandwich besides board n brew.

Finally got the chance to stop in and had the Turketta. It was DELICIOUS. Honestly I was super pleased. Service was quick, lots of outside seating. Parking next to and behind the building (or recommend parking on coast hey before the restaurant cause it’s limited after).

Best sandwich I’ve ever had! It’s called Turketta. The aioli on it is sweet and delicious! The chips were plentiful but a little overcooked.

Had the opportunity to try the Cuban Sandwich the other day and was quite impressed. If given the option, I always like to try Cuban sandwiches, and this one definitely impressed. The staff took great care of me and I was able to try a few of the cold brewed coffees available on tap….also very good. Can’t wait to come back, just too bad I live in Pacific Beach and the drive to North County doesn’t happen too often for me.
