We went to Morton’s to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The server was very polite and courteous. We ordered New York strip and salmon for dinner, salad and crab cake for an appetizer. New York strip had a sauce on top and we were charged $6.00 for it. We didn’t know about the extra charge. The steak tasted good without it so it would be nice for a server to say it upfront. Overall experience was good: delicious food, nice atmosphere and good service. We finished our dinner with hot chocolate cake. We recommend this place for special occasions.

Came here to celebrate Hubby’s Birthday. He’s been wanting to bring me and I’d never been – they did not disappoint expectations! My steak practically melted in my mouth and the potatoes and mac n cheese were so very good. I also enjoyed my fancy (Perrier) water with my meal. That chocolate cake though… splurge and enjoy!

We made reservations for our 3 yr anniversary. From the moment we walked in the door, we received VIP treatment. They have menus that display what your special occasion i; ours said Anniversary Menu. I wanted to try something different and chose the Miso Sea Bass. I cannot express how amazing this dish was. It was so light, moist and flavored to perfection with the tiniest little searing on top. Absolute perfection! My husband had the filet and lobster. It was cooked exactly how he wanted it. The flavor of the filet was very good and it cut smoothly with a knife. The lobster was superb. After dinner, they gave us complimentary dessert (cheesecake)for our anniversary and it was phenomenal!!! Very pleased with our experience, the staff, food and atmosphere. DELICIOUS! Plus, they gave us a complimentary photo to commemorate our anniversary!

The staff was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors. We came for our anniversary and they had customized the menu to say happy anniversary on the top super nice touch. The hostess also came to our table while eating to take picture of us, she printed- we had a cute keepsake.

We dined on 05/06/23. Stopped at bar first for a cocktail. Bar service was good, with nice bartenders who answered our questions regarding wine, cocktails and menu. We were seated at our reservation time and were greeted by our server, Davis. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and made nice suggestions. Everything was timed out nicely with us not feeling rushed by the courses. Everything we ordered as correct, prepared as requested and delicious. It would have been a five star review, however, it took a very long time to get our bill. At one point we needed to flag down another server to get our bill. Even after that, it still took a while to get the bill and then pay for our meal.

Lunch at Morton’s steakhouse! They just started a lunch menu and it was fantastic! Trinity our Server was also awesome. Especially liked the “2 for” menu selection, great value for amazing Morton’s quality food. Strongly recommend the bread pudding with ice cream for dessert. A great spot for a work lunch celebration.

Our service was really good. The steaks were good and the drinks as well. The sides were awful. The mashed potatoes had no flavor and the Brussels were rubbery. We told our server and barely took a bite of either but we were still charged. Had they taken off the 2 sides, it would’ve been a 5 star experience. $27 for 1 brussel sprout and 1 bite of mashed potatoes is too much.

I would like to compliment the hostess. She was very welcoming, and greeted us warmly for our anniversary. She came to the table and took a picture for us to have as a keepsake and added the special touch of “Happy Anniversary” at the top of our menu. Sadly, that is where the good service stopped. For the amount of money that you spend in this establishment your food should most certainly be warm when served! And you shouldn’t sit through your entire dinner without being checked on or without a beverage. To top it all off, we wanted dessert to go and we were told no. NO… really??? because the server didn’t agree with our choice of dessert. I was speechless. Needless to say, we didn’t make another choice, we paid and left.

If I could give this place 0 stars, they certainly earned it. When we first arrived we had made the reservation with a manager and immediately walked in and was told that we were not on the list. The manager corrected the error and we were seated. Once all seated we immediately ordered our drinks, appetizers and dinner. We had to continue to ask the waiter to check the status of our food. The appetizers arrived an hour after seated and our dinner arrived 50 minutes later. Once the food arrived it was bland and cold. The waiter thought it was okay to take the dish I just took a bite out of to warm it in the oven which is very unsanitary. My husbands waygu was also cold. They also tried to charge us for a side that never came out. Similar experience with the rest of the guest. We will not return based on the poor quality of food. Then the night got better. We valet our cars and the valet tenant scratched our car into our friends car and tried to deny and own up to his mistake. When we asked for the general manager he basically didn’t care. He told us to look at the valet stand and call that company and he went on about his way. Very poor customer service at this place. They are very short tempered and we had the intentions of spending at least $300 per couple but they messed up their opportunity. Never again!
