Food was ok in flavor, sent me to bathroom right after. Went to restroom and it’s falling apart, door wouldn’t even lock. Dirty, bad presentation, lady at front of store was acting jittery and kept hearing her tell her guy to keep an eye on the people at store so they wouldn’t steal, my family and other people there were just eating. Store area looked like it was dollar tree store but dirtier and messier. Hours later and my stomach still hurts. Very expensive too.

10/10 recommend the chilaquiles Verdes. Don’t be fooled by the entrance, the food inside the store is delicious. We were also met with great service and that always makes the best dining experience. They didn’t have the chuletas (pork chops) my husband wanted but they were still able to find him a substitute that was similar and he thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely will return.

I had three different tacos and they were all good even though the lengua was a little fatty. Friendly customer service but I have had better tacos for less money at food trucks but that doesn’t mean I won’t have them again here. I might try the fajitas next time

Best tacos in Charleston HANDS DOWN. Possibly the best tacos in the East Coast. This is authentic Mexican cuisine from Acapulco. EVERYTHING is good!!! if you’re looking for authentic Mexican, this is THE place. Family owned and operated. These people are so humble and take pride in the food they prepare.
