We ordered 5 subs, an order of cheese sticks, and an order of fries. We got everything but our fries, when we mentioned that the woman working said she had 10 tickets and that it would be awhile before she could make our fries. We didn’t have time to wait for our fries, so we left without getting our fries and was never even offered a refund for our fries that we had already paid for. The food that we got was great but would probably not go back since they can’t be burdened with making a single order of fries.

Honestly this is the best pizza I’ve had in a while. I’m a student from out of town and I’ve been really missing good pizza. I’ve had it all from Chicago to New York to Detroit. My standards are pretty high and I was getting pretty tired of the chains. So when I stumbled across Morelli’s I got excited. Even before I went I knew it was going to be good based on the pictures from the other reviews. The greatest thing about Morreli’s is how well done they cook it. The cheese has COLOR!!! The brown spots and burnt pieces of cheese on the crust is the flavor I was missing so much. The crust is so crispy, but at the same time so buttery and fluffy on the inside. The sauce is well balanced too. I will definitely make the drive out from Pikeville every time I am in the mood for pizza.

Absolutely atrocious!! Ordered food for someone who who was hungry, they delivered the food to the wrong address, and gave it to the person even though that person said it wasn’t his. Didn’t check the name, didn’t try to call back, or anything and then refused to refund or deliver the food to the right person. Could not make this stuff up. Wish I could give you less that one star.

Went with my family sat down got our drinks, the waitress took our order. About 25 minutes later she brought out my daughters small cheeses sticks and told us that our pasta dishes would be just a few minutes. Then 25 more minutes past and we asked for the check. They came out and apologized and didn’t make us pay for the cheese sticks but I can’t really review the food because we never received any.

I love their pizza not sure about their other menu items as I’ve not tried them yet, however I have one small complaint… they use to serve an excellent home made garlic butter sauce with their pizzas or other items, but now they are only serving Grandioso garlic dipping sauce.. for anyone that has tried it, it’s good but not near as good as their “made from scratch garlic butter sauce”

I have never been so mistreated so badly as I have been by this owner of this place I placed a order with them and we spent over $100. And the order was wrong and was just a little over cooked but that’s not the problem here when you order extra sauces and cheese with your breadsticks and pizza extra garlic sauce as you pay for them and don’t receive them that’s pretty bad the owner of this place is a horrible person she’s not very friendly at all and from what I’m gathering from her she is not running her business the way that she should and I am going to report her to the Better Business Bureau and she will be inspected this is the awfulest place that I have ever encountered and eating in my entire life I’m writing a review To let people know and see what I got from them tonight and my entire family keep them in business and I’ve never ever ever seen such Behavior from this lady that I spoke with was very unacceptable and she was not very polygenic at all due to their mistakes and not putting extra cheese and giving our sources that we paid for rightfully in my opinion I would go somewheres else and get your food Giovanni’s in Powell is a great place as well Pizza Hut great and you know go next-door to somewhere else that you can get something better because you’re not gonna get anything good from this place at all Liz Stapleton is a very very bad person she needs her business taken away from her and again my name is Sean Jones remember me
