Went there for the first time about a month ago. The burgers are great, and the bun seemed quite unique. Very light, and rather large, but in a good way. The fries were very good, too. Fernando served us and was quite friendly. We will definitely be back, as it’s quite close to the Inwood sports complex where my son often has baseball games. I will say that the tables could use a bit better wiping, but that won’t keep us from coming back..

Went here a few times and the food was great but I always get an off feel going in here. The cashier was really sweet and had great customer service. I believe her name was Brooklyn. The first time I went there it was the morning… there were three employees and I think one was a manager named Fernando. I was beginning to order with the girl and I look over her shoulder and the back kitchen door was closed and I saw the manager and another woman kissing! Please keep that private and at home and not at work! The next time I went this tall girl took my order but she had a bad attitude and I ask for simple stuff such as a sauce on the side and she seemed annoyed by the tiniest thing. I may visit again in the future but not anytime soon.

Arrived about 1/2 hour before closing. Cashiers were able to make sure we got 2 $9.99 meal deals,(cheeseburger, fries and drink). The burgers were as tasty as ever, and as always, the generous portions of fries tasted great. We travel about 23 miles to get there, and it’s always worth the trip.

What an excellent experience. The food was fresh and delicious. But more importantly, the two ladies working did an excellent job of balancing making food with taking care of customers. They even remembered my name the whole time I was there and thanked me by name as I left. Outstanding in today’s world.

I ultimately put this on management. I ordered five different hamburgers for my family, carry out. When I went to pick up the order, the burgers were still being made. I asked the people working there to please mark the burgers, so that we would know which one was which. I then told the entire staff a story about my experience in a Mexican restaurant from which I ordered five burritos carry out and none of the five burritos I ordered were marked. When my Mooyah order was ready, I was handed a large paper bag, stapled shut. I got home and none of the burgers were marked. The burgers had to be taken apart to determine whose burger was whose. I went back to the restaurant and asked the staff what was the misunderstanding and no one would take responsibility. There was no manager on duty and everyone working there is for sure making minimum wage, with absolutely no pride in the employer. I will never go back.
